As a North Carolina-licensed Builder and Realtor, he specializes in crafting Modern Farmhouse and Country Cottage-style homes, blending timeless charm with modern functionality.

Beyond his work, John enjoys golf, watching football, and spending time with his wife, Tracey, and their three dogs—Ryder, Cara, and Cooper. Most of all, he values time with his three sons.
